Returns & Refunds

I hope that you will be happy with everything you purchase from Watson Woodworks. If you do wish to return your purchase within 30 days (in the original packaging and condition), please contact me via email and I will arrange this with you, unless it is faulty you would pay the return postage.

International Orders via eBay

For all international enquires please contact me for your chosen product to be uploaded to Ebay for purchasing.

Delivery via Post

Items sent out via post are based on weight and it will be quoted at checkout before you make your purchase. In align with my recycling ethos I use second hand packaging whenever is suitable.   

 

Norfolk Hand Delivery

Hand delivery postage is calculated by your location, starting fee at £5. Please contact me for a delivery quote.
